SAPHORA Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Information

  • We offer fast and reliable shipping across Pakistan. Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1 business day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location.

2. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on all orders above PKR 2499. For orders below this amount, a flat rate of PKR 199 will be applied at checkout.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your order online.

4. Free 7-Day Return and Exchange Policy

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, you can return or exchange your items within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Returns: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the exchange process.
  • Return shipping is free. Simply contact us, and we’ll arrange for the item to be picked up from your location.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping charges.
